W. Stanley Churchill is the senior attorney and Chairman
of the firm.
Mr. Churchill represents clients in employment law, healthcare, and business
matters. Mr. Churchill brings more than forty years of experience in assisting
employers in the creation of a business culture operating in compliance with
the law while retaining full management prerogative. Mr. Churchill has served
companies throughout the United States.
Mr. Churchill earned his B.S.B.A. degree (with honors) and law degree from
Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a member of the Board of
Editors of the Washington University Law Quarterly. He is admitted to practice
in both Kansas and Missouri.
Mr. Churchill has been listed for more than twenty years in “The Best
Lawyers in America,” is included in Chambers Leading Lawyers in the
USA, and Kansas “Super Lawyers.”
Mr. Churchill has written articles
and chapters of books for both the Kansas Bar Association and the American
Bar Association. He is a member of the Legal Committee of the American Association
of Homes and Services for the Aging, a member of the American Health Lawyers
Association and has served as Vice Chairman of the Task Force on Long Term
Care Services for the Kansas Legislature.
