Brad T. Murphree
Shareholder
Brad T. Murphree is chairman of the firm’s corporate
and business practice.
He has been practicing law in Wichita for nearly thirty years, primarily
in general business, estate and trust administration and real estate.
Mr. Murphree has served as an adjunct instructor in business law for Butler
County Community College from 1990 through 1996, is a past president and
member of the Wichita Transportation and Logistics Association, and is a
member of the Wichita
Bar, Kansas Bar, and American Bar Associations.
He has appeared before a variety of administrative agencies including the
Kansas Corporation Commission, former Interstate Commerce Commission and
Kansas Board of Tax Appeals. His practice currently involves estate and trust
administration, business entity formation and contracts, corporate counsel
general representation and real estate transactions, zoning and platting
issues.
Mr. Murphree earned his undergraduate degree (B.S. magna
cum laude) from Kansas State University and his law degree (J.D.)
from the University of Kansas. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and federal
courts.
