The Martin & Churchill law firm was founded by Marvin Martin in 1951. Mr. Martin’s law practice addressed what was then referred to as “labor law.” In 1966, Stan Churchill brought large-firm experience to his new partnership with Mr. Martin, and the young firm quickly became known for its distinctive approach to employer-employee relations on behalf of management.
